How It Works
The system uses a vacuum to create negative pressure around the penis. This draws blood into the erectile tissues (the corpora cavernosa), causing the penis to swell and become erect.
Step-by-Step Usage (Per the Manual):
-
Insertion: The penis is placed through the silicone sleeve into the clear cylinder.
-
Pumping: You slowly pull the T-handle. This removes air from the cylinder, creating the vacuum that pulls blood into the penis.
-
Release: Once the desired level of tension is reached, the quick-release button on the pump handle is used to instantly vent the air and remove the device.
Important Safety & Reality Check
While these devices are used medically to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) or as part of penile rehabilitation after surgery, there are significant “safety and results” factors to keep in mind:
-
Temporary vs. Permanent Results: Medical consensus is that pumps provide temporary swelling due to increased blood flow and minor tissue edema (fluid retention).
-
Safety Risks: Using too much suction or pumping for too long can cause:
-
Bruising (Petechiae): Small purple or red spots on the skin.
-
Numbness: Temporary loss of sensation.
-
Blistering: Water blisters caused by excessive vacuum pressure.
-
-
Recommended Limits: Most medical guidelines suggest limiting sessions to 10–15 minutes and never using enough pressure to cause pain.
How to Use It Effectively
To get the best “visual” results safely, follow this routine:
-
Seal the Area: Use a water-based lubricant around the base of the penis and the silicone sleeve. This creates the airtight seal needed for the vacuum to work.
-
Pump Slowly: Do not try to reach maximum size in 10 seconds. Pump a few times, wait a minute for the tissue to expand, then pump a few more times.
-
The 15-Minute Rule: Do not leave the penis in the vacuum for more than 15 minutes at a time. This prevents tissue damage or “water blisters.”
-
Lock in the Size: To keep the size for sexual activity, slide one of the included silicone rings to the very base of your penis before you release the vacuum. This keeps the blood trapped.
-
Crucial Safety: Never wear the ring for more than 30 minutes.
-
Included Accessories
The kit shown includes three different-sized silicone sleeves/rings. These are used at the base of the cylinder to create an airtight seal against the body. They can also be worn at the base of the penis after pumping to help maintain the erection by restricting blood outflow.
